Due to the size and weight of the iMac models, you should take extra care in packing the computer for shipment. We reccomend FedEx Ground for shipments. Obtain a shipping estimate online prior to shipment at www.fedex.com. All iMacs will be returned via FedEx.
Our $34 option = 1 Way Ground Shipping
We offer this option for those customers that have the ability to package, insure, and ship their iMac to us directly. Once this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the failing iMac to us and once we make the repair, the $34 charge covers return GROUND shipping back to the customer's location. Our $62 option = 1 Way Overnight Shipping
We
offer this inexpensive option for those customers that have the ability
to package, insure, and ship their iMac to us directly. Once
this option is chosen, the customer takes responsibility to get the
failing iMac to us and once we complete the repair, the $62 charge covers return OVERNIGHT shipping back to the

Once your iMac arrives at our location for repair, we'll immediately receive it, ugrade the hard drive, and ship it out within three business days. Don't worry, your return tracking information will arrive in your email box that same day so you know it's on the way!
