We offer FLAT-RATE shipping pricing on our repairs, no "ZONES" to worry about, anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. (Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional 20%.) Our repair center is strategically located in the middle of the country. This gives us the opportunity to SAVE on shipping, and we pass that savings on to you!
Flexible shipping options. We try to offer as many shipping options to you BEFORE you decide to send a unit to us for repair. We have easy shipping kits that are available via OVERNIGHT SHIPPING or GROUND SHIPPING that includes a special shipping box that is pre-addressed and will arrive at your home or office for pickup, or you can send your device to us yourself (We will send your repaired item back OVERNIGHT or GROUND, it's your choice). In fact, you can save on shipping altogether and visit our store in Kansas City. Just drop your item off with us!
