The Got Repair Return Policy (For Warranty or Refund):
Our warranty repair policy gives you peace of mind that the item you had repaired by us will be covered for the warranty period stated. Warranty lengths range from 90-days to Lifetime warranties as noted on each individual product description page.
Our 30-day money back return policy gives you plenty of time to consider
your purchase. That's why you can be sure that you made the right
decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in it's original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS after 30 days and NO REFUNDS on labor or shipping charges. If you had an item installed by our professional staff, you generally have a 90 day warranty (or longer) on the installed part(s) unless otherwise noted on your original invoice. It's that simple. It's the Mission repair promise!
Return for Warranty Repair:
To return an item that is malfunctioning after it was repaired, follow this four step process.
1. Your Return Authorization Code.
Call 866-638-8402 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code.
Write this code on the outside of your shipping container, and also
include it inside the package to ensure proper credit is issued.
2. Package Your Return.
Include all original packaging and documentation and a brief explanation of the issue that you are now experiencing.
3. Insure and Ship Your Package. We recommend that you purchase the amount of insurance necessary
to cover the replacement (retail) cost of the item. Most major carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) sell insurance to the nearest $100 for a nominal fee.
For example, if your item is worth $150, you should insure it for $200.
Insurance will give you the peace of mind that if something should
happen to your item during transit, you will be reimbursed by the
shipping company. Mission Repair takes no responsibility for loss or
damage during transit back to us.
4. Return the Item to Us.
Once you've obtained your Return Authorization Number, packaged your
item, and have chosen the proper insurance, have it delivered
"Signature Required" to:

Shipping to return the defective item is the responsibility of the customer unless the warranty claim is made within 30 days after receipt. In all cases where there is a valid warranty claim, Mission Repair will repair the item and send it back at our expense.
THE GOT REPAIR DIFFERENCE: If an installed part fails within the first 30 days of receipt, Mission Repair will additionally pay for the incoming shipping via email label. The label will be either Ground or Overnight corresponding to how the unit was originally shipped back to the customer after the initial repair.
We will contact you with our findings, and our warranty covers only parts that we installed, not additional problems. We'll locate the issue, correct it, and get it back into your hands. That's all there
is to it!
